The diesel forklift uses diesel engine and hydrodynamic transmission system with counterweight at the rear end to offset the weight of the load lifted at the front, preventing the forklift from tipping forward.

2. Reliability

JAC’s gearbox is designed with enhanced transmission ratio, increasing gradeability by 10%.
The hydrodynamic and mechanical transmission systems use flexible couplings to reduce vehicle vibration and improve operator comfort.

The steering axle is designed with enlarged axle beam for 30% increased strength. The steering cylinder protective cover comes standard to protect the steering cylinder.
The steering axle features a large steering angle, reducing the turning radius by 7%.
The steering hub uses cast construction for strength and reliability.
The grease fittings are positioned for easy routine maintenance.

The mast features enhanced top crossmember strcuture for improved load distribution, rigidity and strength. The standard mast increases visibility by 12%.
